When you have decided on a design you like from one of our ranges please fill in the appropriate order form. You will find links to the form from either the flowers, mini-pics, filigree or photo range pages or from the bottom navigation bar.
The form will open in a different window to enable you to flick back and forth from the design page to the form, so you can choose the separate components. You can simply choose the design you like, by number or all the different elements.
When you have submitted the form please click the appropriate link to pay the deposit. I ask for £5 for each sample up to a maximum of £15 to cover my costs and to deter copying. The deposit is nonrefundable but is deducted from your final balance.
You should get a confirmation email within 48 hours, if you do not get confirmation within this time, please contact me as there may have been a problem.
Should you have problems with the online form, I will happily accept orders by email, post or telephone. I you are ordering by post then it may be helpful to print out the online form. You can pay your deposit by cheque or credit/debit card as we have secure facilities. Please do not send your credit card details by email as it is not secure.
I will then proceed with your sample from the information you have given me and then send you your sample/s and you can decide if you want to continue with the order or not. Should you wish to proceed, you can let me know at this stage if any alterations need to be made. When you are happy with the design I will prepare an invoice and when your payment has been received, I will proceed with your order.
I can individually print your guests names inside each invitation (or on each place card) if you send me a list before I start making them. There will be an additional charge of 10p per item for this service.
